Just had a huge meal at 1am. Obviously, what I really needed is no-meal and a good night sleep. Obviously, I should go out for a run tomorrow, and should keep running until my inner pedometer says I ran about 10 miles. Then, I should probably take a cup of hot tea and enjoy some music, after which I should go and take a nap. After that, the most logical step would be to go to gym... This blog is about me, fitness and little more about fitness. I'll be dumping all the fun pics I found related to fitness and health. I'm trying to loose weight, of course :).
